Purging Guide!

If you plan to purge, then it is recommended, that you drink water with every bite you eat. This will make sure, you are full faster and the food will come up faster, as well as without any trouble. Although eating salad is a good thing, if you want to purge, then you should avoid roughage, like tomatoes, sprouts, lettuce, carrots, etc., as it becomes difficult to bring up the vegetables. Instead, you may want to eat food items such as ice cream, jello, soft cake, or non-stick stew. These food make purging easier. You may also want to stay away from spicy food, because when you purge the acids formed due to spicy food will hurt you and may also cause heartburn. Chew your food as fine as you can, so that it becomes easier to throw up the food.

The methods, which will help you to purge food easily. When you want to purge make sure you have consumed sufficient quantity of water. At least 8 to 10 glasses of water. When your body is well hydrated it is more equipped and ready to flush out the toxins from the body and cause minimal trouble in the entire process. When you drink a lot of water, it will also ensure you do not experience nausea, dizziness and dehydration. The best method to purge is to insert your fingers, as far as you can in your mouth. If you feel, you are not able to purge, then you may want to try drinking salty water. In most of the cases, this remedy does work and you will indeed be able to purge.

Once you know how to purge food easily, you will want to know the precautions that you should follow, after you have cleansed your body of the toxins. After the purging session, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. If required, you can also use a mouth wash for the same.

The prize me all must pay..Anorexia,Bulimia and Binging consequences


(AB) in the beginning stands for both Anorexia and Bulimia

Anorexia nervosa may cause the following problems:
  • (AB)The heart muscle changes, and its beat becomes irregular, potentially leading to cardiac arrest and death.
  • (AB)Dehydration, kidney stones, and kidney failure may result in death.
  • Liver damage (made worse if substance abuse is also a factor) may result in death.
  • Menstruation often stops, even before extensive weight loss. This is called amenorrhea and can lead to infertility and bone loss or osteoporosis.
  • Muscles waste away, resulting in weakness and loss of function.
  • Slowed digestion caused by a lack of energy and diminished body function results in bowel irritation and constipation.
  • (AB)Permanent loss of bone calcium leads to fractures and lifelong problems of osteoporosis.
  • (AB)The person becomes intolerant to cold (especially in the hands and feet), and has sunken eyes, hair loss, bloating, and dry skin.
  • The immune system weakens.
  • Skin becomes dry and blotchy and has an unhealthy gray or yellow cast.
  • (AB)Anemia and malnutrition may result.
  • (AB)Fainting spells, sleep disruption, bad dreams, and mental fuzziness may result.
In addition to these complications, the following common medical complications associated with bulimia nervosa result from repeated cycles of bingeing and purging:
  • Loss of muscle mass from excessive vomiting may occur.
  • Vomiting and abuse of laxatives and diuretics flush sodium chloride and potassium from the body, resulting in an electrolyte imbalance. Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) can result, which can ultimately lead to heart failure and death.(to prevent this drink lots of water!Water is the natural electrolyte)
  • Stomach acids in vomit can erode tooth enamel, resulting in damage such as cavities and discoloration. The acids can go into the salivary glands in the month, causing swollen glands in the neck, stones in the salivary ducts, and “chipmunk cheeks.”(after vomiting wash you mouth with water and drink some too.Do  not wash teeth after it is worse)
  • Self-induced vomiting can result in irritation and tears in the lining of the throat, esophagus, and stomach.
  • Laxative abuse can create a dependence and result in an inability to have normal bowel movements.(Dont use laxatives you only loose fluids)
  • Abuse of medications to help induce vomiting, such as ipecac, can result in toxicity, heart failure, and death.(Dont overdose diet pills)
  • Peptic ulcers may occur.(because of vomiting)
The medical consequences of binge eating disorder are most often associated with obesity and include the following:
  • High blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, and elevated triglyceride levels, which may cause hardening of the arteries and heart disease.
  • Increased risk of bowel, breast, and reproductive cancers.
  • Increased risk of diabetes.
  • Increased risk of arthritic damage to the joints.

Work out basics!

Pre-workout

  • Eat something light!Examples:Cereal, a banana or energy drink (low fat)
  • Always warm up

Streching

  • Yoga poses
  • Streching videos on youtube
  • Get blood humping! (jumping jacks)

Cardio (for burnig the fat)

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Aerobics
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Dancing
  • Take the stairs not the elevator!

Strength training

  • Lifting weights to strengthen muscles.
  • Choose 8 exercises targeting specific areas: lower boy, chest, back/shoulders, abs

Cool down


Remember not to drink too much water durin excersise!
Also start gently with easy excersises and not with cardio :)

Are you really hungry?Can't you go without it?Think of how good you are going to feel.Think of how good you'll look.Push it to one side.Now drink a pint of water.Now.RIGHT NOW!Halve the plate .Throw one half away.Good girl, now back at the food.Look at it now.Are you still hungry?Go and look in the mirror.Turn to the side.List from top to bottom which bits you want to change.Write them down.Read it.Go and brush your teeth.Then drink another glass of water.Do 10 sit-ups.Don't you feel great?You are beating it!Look at the food...You dont wanna eat that.Throw the other half away.Do 10 more sit-ups.Go and take a shower.Look at yourself it the mirror.Turn to the side.It's going to look much better tomorrow.Think about what happens when you eat something.You chew it, you swallow, it goes straight to your stomach.Then slowly your body absorbs all the calories, all that sugar, all that FAT.Look in the mirror again.Poke your belly.Squeeze your arms and legs.Drink another glass of water.Cold refreshing and zero fat water.Now think of someone skinny, super beautiful.You are going to look like them.Now think of someone FAT.You aren't fat.Fat people envy you.Because you have a motive!Because you are going to look skinnt and beautiful.Feel your ribs...feel your hipbones...Only flesh and beautiful bones..no ugly FAT!
