Work out basics!

Pre-workout

  • Eat something light!Examples:Cereal, a banana or energy drink (low fat)
  • Always warm up

Streching

  • Yoga poses
  • Streching videos on youtube
  • Get blood humping! (jumping jacks)

Cardio (for burnig the fat)

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Aerobics
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Dancing
  • Take the stairs not the elevator!

Strength training

  • Lifting weights to strengthen muscles.
  • Choose 8 exercises targeting specific areas: lower boy, chest, back/shoulders, abs

Cool down


Remember not to drink too much water durin excersise!
Also start gently with easy excersises and not with cardio :)
