Pre-workout
- Eat something light!Examples:Cereal, a banana or energy drink (low fat)
- Always warm up
Streching
- Yoga poses
- Streching videos on youtube
- Get blood humping! (jumping jacks)
Cardio (for burnig the fat)
- Walking
- Running
- Aerobics
- Cycling
- Swimming
- Dancing
- Take the stairs not the elevator!
Strength training
- Lifting weights to strengthen muscles.
- Choose 8 exercises targeting specific areas: lower boy, chest, back/shoulders, abs
Cool down
- Yoga the child's position http://www.patient-experience.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/yoga-childs-pose.jpg
- Bring heart rate back down
Remember not to drink too much water durin excersise!
Also start gently with easy excersises and not with cardio :)
